Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed once your payment has been cleared. This does not include weekends or holidays. All orders that are placed before 5:00pm EST will begin processing that day. All orders placed after 5:00pm EST are considered placed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. For shipping and handling, please allow 1-3 business days.
Be mindful when filling out your personal and shipping information at checkout. Once the package has shipped we cannot later the delivery address. We are not responsible for any misshipped packages.
We advise our customers to not wait last minute if packages are needed by a certain deadline. Take responsibility by planning for any unexpected delays that we have no control of. We are not to be held responsible in the case of any extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or anything of that nature that may delay the carriers.
If you would like to return an item, you must notify our team within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, not brushed or finger combed through, worn, or altered in any other way. It must be in the same condition it was received. Once your return package has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund for the amount of your order. If your item is defected in any way, it will be refused and returned back to you, and a refund will not be granted. Please note we do not account for the shipping when returning your package to us, and the refund does NOT include the original shipping price on the order.
